"State Farm is the best insurance to have. That's a given. Kenya and her staff are the best of State Farm. The nature of the insurance business is protecting the insured, but the personal care we receive from this agency is deeper than their good State Farm policies. They have comforted and reassured us through a couple scary times. They call to see how we're doing. Stopping into the office to pay a premium turns into a visit and conversation. They do their business in person, which is a big deal to me. I have never once had a call to Kenya get answered by an AI robot!"
